They are a brand who are continuously innovating and growing their product range to include popular products and stand out favourites.

This role will require your talents to support the marketing campaigns both in store and online to help drive customers to the brand and to help increase shopper sales.

Shopper Marketing Manager Responsibilities include:

  • Building effective relationships across the team and across functions working with brand and sales, and customer marketing.
  • Create a grocery and digital shopper marketing plan that is aligns with brand’s marketing strategy.
  • Taking responsibility for grocery and digital activation plans and lead the customer marketing schedule.
  • Working closely with and influencing the internal sales teams, clients and customers in collaboration for distribution to grocery customers.
  • Support Marketing budgets conscious of ROI and making relevant effective recommendations for the future.
  • Develop engaging point of sale and sampling activities.
  • Assisting coordination of marketing events calendar for trade shows and activation from start to finish.

 

A successful Shopper Marketing Manager will:

  • Have 3-5 years of relevant Shopper/Customer/Trade marketing FMCG experience.
  • Experience of creating effective retailer relationships and partnerships.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Grocery retail UK market.
  • First class communicator, and team player with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • Driven for excellence and execution.
  • Autonomous and able to make an impact in self driven working environment.
  • Have an understanding of shopper insights and how insight can be activated effectively.
  • Brilliant business sense and executing wider brand vision.
  • Clear passion for FMCG sector.
