Business Account Manager – Coffee Equipment
A global professional equipment manufacturer is seeking a Business Account Manager to manage a portfolio of food service / HoReCa customers across the UK. The company is looking for someone ideally with experience and knowledge of coffee machines, drinks vending machines, water coolers or a related businesses. This is a home-based role but the ideal candidate will be no further north than Manchester or any further south than the home counties in order to be able to manage the customer base effectively.
The role is predominantly account management with some new customer development as well, roughly an 80/20 split. You will be responsible for:
. Agreeing joint business plans
. Working with the marketing team to align on strategy
. Forecasting sales volumes and reporting back internally
. Providing customers with appropriate product training as required
. Acquiring new business
. Analysing market trends and competitor activity
We are looking for someone with prior experience of selling professional equipment, ideally within the hot beverages space. You will have a proven track record of successfully managing and growing a broad portfolio of customers in this space.
Salary for the role is up to £47,000 base + £9,000 Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
