Key responsibilities of a Business Development Manager:

  • Developing new business across HoReCa, retail and contract caterers
  • Educate customers on the brand
  • Represent the values of the business on a daily basis
  • Deliver on strategic projects
  • Meet monthly KPI's

To be successful as a Business Development Manager you will:

  • Be degree educated or equivalent
  • Have a passion for the coffee industry
  • Have proven experience developing new business
  • Have 1-2 years experience working in FMCG sales
